- Service design consultant for Openbank (Santander Group), collaborating across London and Madrid to design and shape a next-generation global banking experience.

- Planned and executed qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, usability testing, benchmarking and personas, shaping user-centred strategies and driving impactful design solutions.

- Facilitated workshops with users and senior stakeholders to align goals and generate innovative solutions.

- Mapped and analysed user journeys to uncover pain points and opportunities for improvement.

- Designed wireframes and both low- and high-fidelity prototypes to support iterative development.

- Worked within an Agile framework, ensuring continuous innovation and collaboration across teams.
